Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
Educational Qualification
- Classes 1–5
- Intermediate (10+2) with at least 50% marks and D.El.Ed / B.El.Ed, along with CTET Paper-I or BTET Paper-I pass.
- Classes 6–8
- Graduation degree along with D.El.Ed / B.Ed / B.El.Ed, plus CTET Paper-II or BTET Paper-II pass.
- Classes 9–10
- Graduation/Post Graduation with at least 50% marks in relevant subject and B.Ed, plus STET Paper-I pass.
- Classes 11–12
- Post Graduation with at least 50% marks in relevant subject and B.Ed, plus STET Paper-II pass.
Age Limit Criteria
- General women, BC and EBC (men and women) upper age 40
- SC/ST (men and women) and transgender upper age 42
- Classes 9 to 12 teachers minimum age 21
- Cut-off dates minimum age counted on 1 Aug 2026, upper age on 1 Aug 2024
